THE FOLLOWING ARE 5 TYPES OF MOLA BKN NOTIFICATIONS AND THEIR MEANINGS

1. File Input: The proposal input process is being carried out by the agency operator.

    This means that your file has definitely not entered the 2024 NI PPPK proposal period.

    It is also confirmed that your files have not been received by BKN

2. File Saved (Verified): The proposal has been inputted. It is currently awaiting approval by the                  authorized official at the agency.

This means that your file has not yet entered the 2024 PPPK NI usup stage.

However, the files have gone through the verification and validation stages by the relevant agencies.

And of course, we are currently awaiting approval to be submitted in the proposed determination of the 2024 PPPK NI.

3. Proposal Letter Approval: The proposal has been approved by the relevant official at the agency.             Currently awaiting verification at the National Civil Service Agency (BKN).

This means that your file has entered the 2024 PPPK NI proposal submission stage.

However, the files are still in the verification and validation stage by the BKN team.

Thus, you have been included in the 'Proposed Entry' table in the NI PPPK determination process update released by BKN.

4. Awaiting Technical Consideration Signature or Signature: The proposal has been approved by the            BKN. Currently awaiting the Technical Consideration signature process by the BKN.

This means that the 2024 PPPK NI files have been submitted to the BKN and have been verified and validated.

However, we are still waiting for the signature of the BKN Technical Implementation Unit, namely the local BKN Regional Office official.

Well, at this stage the TMS and BTS statuses then appear.

So then it is necessary to carry out a repair process for the next process.

5. Technical Considerations have been signed: The BKN has issued the Technical Considerations. We         are currently awaiting the issuance of the Decree by the agency.

Well, this notification means that your file has been completely completed.

Then you are included in the 'NIP' table in the progress update for determining the NI PPPK released by BKN.
